At Islamic Gifts Online we are committed to providing an excellent service. If you have ordered chocolates, or received a gift which you are not entirely happy with, please contact us with your comments to enable us to improve our service and products, and we will do all we can to put it right for you. We aim to respond to all queries and comments within 48 hours.Right for you to cancel your order
If you would like to cancel your order, please call us on 07772 289454, or email:firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order. Please have your order reference to hand to enable us to deal with your cancellation quickly. In the event that you cancel and we have already dispatched the order to you then you must return the items to us by post within 21 days from the date you sent us the notice of cancellation. Upon receipt of the items we shall reimburse you the price of the items.
Broken items and returns
All our gifts are dispatched in perfect condition, as we take the utmost care in wrapping them. If any items are unfortunately broken in transit by circumstances beyond our control, then please inform us within 24 hours of receipt and we will rectify the situation. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packaging. Damaged parcels should not be accepted from the carrier. The price of the order shall be refunded to you if the items are returned to us undamaged and unsoiled with all labeling intact. Buyers are fully responsible for any return postage fees incurred if items need to be returned. Returned postage fees and/or charges will not be refunded. No cancellation/changes may be requested or refunds made once personalised items have been manufactured.
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of the order being placed; however, this is not always possible and at busy times, orders may take up to 5 days to be dispatched.We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect.We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery to an address containing a PO Box Number, or from persons placing an order whose own address contains a PO Box number.UK law shall apply in the event of a dispute.
Billing & Shipping information
You are not required to register as a customer in order to place an order. You will be asked to complete ‘Billing Information’, which will require details of your billing address.You will also be asked to complete ‘Shipping Information’ if you intend your order to be sent to a different address to the billing address.

We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given. We require you to supply the registered address of the Credit Card holder, which is used to validate your order with your selected credit card company. Failure to supply the correct details will result in your order being held pending the supply of the correct details.The total value of your order will be displayed on the order confirmation screen. The displayed price is the amount in pounds sterling that you will pay.An email will be sent to you confirming your order. If you wish to pay by cheque, we can only accept your order by telephone. We will only dispatch your order once the cheque has cleared. If you pay by cheque your delivery time will typically be 7-10 working days from the date we receive your cheque.

Other than if you sign up to our mailing list, or if you purchase goods from us, we collect no personal information from you during your visit to our website.
